Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before this bonus can be withdrawn — that means placing bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.
4.2 Other Promotions
The 365 abc weekend festival bonus, Monday fresh start bonus, Cricket Charger, and other regular offers are available. Each promotion has its own wagering conditions and minimum deposit requirements. The bonus amount is never paid as direct cash — it is always a set percentage of the deposit.
4.3 Bonus Abuse is Prohibited
Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts, or any attempt to misuse bonus benefits, is a violation of these Terms. In such cases, 365 abc may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
4.4 VIP Program
The 365 abc VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier earns weekly cashback based on net weekly losses — up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, and up to 1.2% for Gold. For example: if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. VIP tier upgrades are based on active participation and regular activity.
Fair Use and Prohibited Activities
5.1 Permitted Use
The 365 abc platform may be used for personal entertainment only. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform or attempting to hack it
- Conducting fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts
- Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes
- Opening an account using a false identity or forged documents
If any of the above activities are detected, 365 abc reserves the right to close the relevant account and forfeit its balance without prior notice.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the 365 abc website — logos, designs, graphics, text, code, and software — is the property of 365 abc. Members may view this content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not republish, distribute, or modify it under any circumstances.
The copyright of game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe remains entirely with their respective companies. Use of their content is governed by separate agreements.

These Terms are published in Bengali. If a translation in another language exists, the Bengali version will always take precedence.
13.2 Severability
